Adolfo Rodríguez Morilla

Adolfo has more than 15 years of experience in advising on matters related to administrative law. In particular, in public procurement, infrastructure, administrative procedures and organisation, regulated sectors, urban planning and the environment.

He has worked in various national and international law firms, such as Garrigues, PWC, Baker&McKenzie and GTA Villamagna. He subsequently joined the Legal Department of the Bank of Spain, initially as a lawyer and later as head of unit.

He holds a degree in Law from the “Universidad Autónoma de Madrid” and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the same University.

He speaks Spanish and English.
