Víctor Horcajuelo Rivera

Victor has more than 15 years of experience in national and international law firms.

He specialised in telecommunications and technology, infrastructure and public services, public procurement, environment, urban planning, tourism, transport, energy, food and audiovisual.

Prior to co-founding VHAR Legal, he was a partner in the Public Law Team at Andersen and previously was with Bird&Bird, Hogan Lovells, Deloitte Legal and Garrigues.

Víctor holds a degree in Law from the “Universidad Carlos III de Madrid” and has several specialisation courses in regulated sectors.

He is a lecturer on the subject Administrative Practice on the master’s degree course on access to the legal profession at the “Universidad Autónoma de Madrid” and regularly gives other courses and lectures.

Víctor is the author of several doctrinal publications and collaborations with the media.

He speaks Spanish and English.
